The famous PC seller company HP announced to return it's smart phone market on Tuesday and welcome with the launch of the HP Slate 6 and HP Slate 7 phablet mobile devices. HP has not revealed all the technical specifications, but said about that both Slate 6 and Slate 7 will have quad core processors powering with 1280x720 and 1280x800 resolution IPS displays.
New HP Slate 6 Android phablet:
HP said it will launch running Google's Android 4.2 Jelly Bean mobile operating system, and the firm did not mention to upgrade Android 4.4 Kitkat. The HP Slate 7 will 9.5mm thick, while the smaller HP Slate 6 phablet will be thinner at "less than 9mm" as per measurement.
Both devices Slate 6 and Slate 7 will feature dual 5MP and 2MP cameras, 16GB of internal storage, microSD card support up to 32GB, single dual-SIM slot, 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity.
There is no option for 4G connectivity, but that's likely because HP is focus to targeting the affordable Android smartphone market, with the phablets set to debut in India on next month.
