A combination of house keys and smartphone not only prevents the metallic keys scratching much-loved phone in the pocket but also reportedly unlocks the house doors, and welcomes the resident.

Goji, Gabriel Bestard-Ribas, developer of the smart “Goji” lock which has price of about 299 dollars that uses its intelligence when a resident's smartphone is near ; it not only unlocks a door but  also greets the resident by name.

There is a news from  News24 for “Goji” that  temporary digital keys of the Goji smartlock can be e-mailed to house cleaners, dog walkers, or others who may need to visit homes but for specific timings. These keys are provided by names for visitor buy taking the personal details of the intended person.For example :the dog walkers can visit for 2 hours (8:00 AM to 10:AM) etc.

A “Kwikset Kevo lock” senses when the smartphone of resident is near and after that it opens when the person touches otherwise it appears like an ordinary deadbolt in a door.

Another facility it is proving is the people who want to see who is coming on their doorstep, they can install “SkyBell”. “SkyBell” is a doorbell with a twist as it has a built-in camera which syncs to Wi-Fi to make a real-time video of the visitor.

With the samrtphones, smart keys are there in the pocket of owner of the house which is a very difficult task for the people to easily break in their house.
