How shocking ? let's discuss- Before some hour I search on internet and try to find something interesting for this blog and after some time when I was looking to read about TechFest, reached to IIT Roorkee annual tech fest website www.cognizance.org.in . 

Designs and look really awesome also there is top sponsors support like Wipro, The Hindu, Max, etc, and as per my my opinion Cognizance is one of the leading Tech Fest of India which Run by IIT'ans of IIT Roorkee.

When I open some pages of website I felt there is lot's of database error. It's not issue because Tech Fest passed but when error indicate Free Web Hosting defiantly everyone try to find all the detail.

After finding all the detail everything is clear "IIT Roorkee TechFest website hosted on 000webhost" but a single question still running - When there was top sponsors and organising India's leading Technical Festival then why they are using cheep and limited functionality hosting ?
