• Open MS Excel.

1) Activate the "Developer" option.

• click on the button on the top -left of the excel sheet.
• click on the "Excel options">popular>check the "show developer tab in the ribbon".
• Press OK button.Therefore "Developer" option is now displayed in your excel sheet menu bar.

2) Then go menu bar> Developer>Visual Basic(first option).

The screen like this appears on the screen.

3) Just copy and paste the code in the sheet1(sheet1) if your data is in sheet1 (which is password protected).

4) Then run the macro code by pressing run button or press F5.

5)Wait for sometime and then your excel sheet is unlocked after some moment.Now you can work on the locked excel sheet.

6)Even "one usable password is displayed on the screen".

This trick is properly working on MS Office 2007.
