Most of the college and offices blocked facebook , you tube , torrents and bad word ographic websites generally so that students don’t waste their time . But some countries they blocked almost everything that is thread to their culture. I understand that sometime their is genuine need to open these blocked websites, Method 1: Using Proxies
You want to pass time by chatting with your friends using Yahoo Messenger. Unfortunately you don't have Yahoo Messenger installed on your laptop and you want to install it now. free WiFi access but downloading of any executables is strictly prohibited. The moment you try to download a executable, an error message is shown with text "We apologize the site you are attempting to visit has been blocked ". You need an alternate ways to download and install Yahoo Messenger.Solution:
Accessing blocked blocked sites at your office or school. Follow these simple steps to download and install Yahoo Messenger(or any other desired executable)
Use Google Search and locate the address of Yahoo Messenger installer.
Point your web browser to an anonymous browsing proxies like www.facebookfirewall.com or www.kproxy.com.
Copy and paste the Yahoo Messenger Installer address in the text box available for entering web page address in the proxy site.
Click on Go/Browse button
That's all. Your favourite installer will start downloading.
This trick works most of other Wifi hotspots.
Method 2: Using UltraSurf
If your institution is too smart for proxy sites just like mine and has blocked them already , then only thing which works is ultrasurf .

How to Use the UltraSurf Program?
The best thing about this software is it’s portability. Copy this into pen drive. Then plug in this usb stick into the computer with access denied restriction, and open up ultrasurf and start browsing blocked web pages.
By default ultrasurf works only with internet explorer , but people like me who hate working on I.E (no offence I.E : D) , there is another ways.
How to use ultrasoft with different browser?
Ultrasurf uses proxy: 127.0.0.1 and port: 9666
I.E automatically configures ultrasurf proxy setting but if you want to use other browser you need to do it manually. I will show you how to do it for
For Mozilla Firefox, click on Tools > Options > Network > Settings and enter the above mentioned proxy.
Chrome user can go to setting > advance setting> under network tab click change proxy setting and enter them.
What to do if you institution uses proxy firewall?
In that case you have to enter manually proxy setting. Get your proxy setting let say 107.108.7.5 and port no 2525
now open your ultrasurf >> go to option >> proxy setting >> click manual proxy setting >> ok..
